How do I reset my Microsoft 365 password using the self-service portal?

You can reset your Microsoft 365 password at anytime. Please note you must enrol for the self-service portal. Details on how you can do this can be found here.

Q: I'm enrolled with the self-service portal. How do I perform a password reset?

1. Visit Microsoft Online Password Reset or choose “Forgotten my password” on your new M365 login page, as shown below.
2. Enter your LiNK email address and the characters to verify you are human – as shown below.
3. Click “Next’ and follow the on-screen prompts, using the verification methods you have registered.
4. Enter your new password.
5. Save your details.
