You can reset your Microsoft 365 password using the LiNK self-service password reset (SSPR) portal. If you have forgotten your password, accidently locked your account, or would simply like to update your password, you can now do this on a self-service basis without IT intervention, making it easier for you to manage your account.
To enrol your @linkhealthgroup.com account for SSPR, please ensure we hold at least two methods of authentication for you, such as a cell phone number and an alternative email address. You can check to see if you have any methods of authentication set-up here https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info.
If you have two or more methods of authentication registered on your account, you do not need to take any further action and you can immediately start managing your password on a self-service basis.
If you do not have any methods of authentication set-up, please enrol for SSPR by following the steps below.
Note - if we hold one method of verification for your account, you will need to add another method before you can use self-service password reset.
- Visit https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info
- Click "Add sign-in method”.
- Click "Choose a method".
- Select an authentication method and input your details.
- Microsoft will send you a verification code to your new authentication method.
- Please follow the instructions to verify this method of authentication.
